The Lower Mainland's hot real estate market got a high-tech boost with this August's launching of the first joint Multiple Listing Service to link real-time real estate offerings from the Sunshine Coast to Boston Bar.

Approximately 48 hours before any listing is available on the MLS.ca web site, my NEW system can email you NEW Listings. As NEW Listings are added to the internal MLS Realtor database, my system will check your profile against the New Listings and email you when there is a match.

You will receive New Listings 48 hours before they are available to view on MLS.ca and the rest of the Internet MLS searches.
